Hey!! So I've tried many translucent powders before, from high end to drug store, and they're either too cakey or they give off a white cast. Many beauty gurus have been raving about the Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder for a while now, and I figured I'd give it a try.

Hi friends!

On weekends, I like to dress as casual as possible; unless I'm going out, or to church, of course. Keeping it simple with a comfy tee, leggings and sneakers, I added my everyday bag and leather jacket to spruce it up a bit and keep warm.

Spring is just around the corner, and although the weather is a little funky here in Atlanta, we're still able to slowly make a transition. So start putting away those heavy Winter pieces!!

Hi friends!

Since moving into our new apartment, I've redecorated. The color scheme is pretty much the same, but I did purchase new furniture, including this desk from Ikea. I'm so happy with this piece, as I am now able to organize my makeup the way I like AND attempt to not over-buy! You may have seen the post about my vanity here, but here's an updated tour!!

*The clear organizers are from Walmart*

When it comes to beauty products, I always have to buy and try. I haven't reached complete hoarder status, but it's becoming a problem. There are a few products, however, that I consistently purchase year after year, becoming staples in my daily or weekly routine.

Coconut Oil

Maybelline Fit Me! Foundation

Shea Moisture's Raw Shea Butter Deep Treatment Masque

Maybelline Fit Me! Concealer

I hope you give them a try and love them as much as I do!!

Happy Wednesday!!

It's officially February, which means the overload of hearts and pink has been activated and I love it!!! With pink being one of my favorite colors, I've rounded up some Valentine's goodies, and non-Valentine's goodies, that I've had my eye on!!
